SHIPPING COVERAGE

We currently ship within the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIME

We divide our delivery timeline into two stages:

1 – 3 Business Days (Monday to Friday)

Transit Time:
5 – 10 Business Days (Monday to Friday)

Order Cut-off Time:
5:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time)

Estimated Total Delivery Time:
6 – 13 Business Days

Note: Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

SHIPPING METHODS & CARRIERS

  • Standard items are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS
  • Larger items may be shipped via freight carriers
  • Freight deliveries are typically curbside delivery

For large deliveries, carriers may contact you using the phone number provided at checkout to schedule delivery.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become active.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Kim Coe Designs is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.
If an order is returned due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply.

DELIVERY ISSUES & DAMAGES

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Take clear photos of the item and packaging
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
